Subscriptions
AMPER Flow is offered on three plans: Free, Standard, and Pro. Every new workspace starts on the Free plan automatically — no credit card required. You upgrade when you need to remove usage caps or unlock paid-only capabilities.
Plans at a glance
Section titled “Plans at a glance”| Plan | Price | Billing | Who it’s for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 PLN | No time limit | Getting started, small teams trying out the product |
| Standard | 169 PLN / month per license (1690 PLN / year per license) | Per license, monthly or annual | Teams that need unlimited day-to-day operations |
| Pro | 259 PLN / month per license (2590 PLN / year per license) | Per license, monthly or annual | Larger teams that need route optimization, ERP/CRM integration, and AI-assisted work planning |
Paying plans are billed per license (one license per active user), not as a single flat workspace fee. Annual billing works out cheaper per month than paying monthly.
Free plan usage limits
Section titled “Free plan usage limits”| Resource | Free plan limit |
|---|---|
| Users (members + pending invitations) | 3 |
| Projects / installations | 5 |
| Jobs | 2000 per year |
| Contracts | 10 |
| Installed equipment / assets | Unlimited |
The jobs limit resets on your workspace’s signup anniversary each year, not on the calendar year.
Once a limit is reached, you can’t create new records of that type until you upgrade or free up space (e.g. remove a pending invitation to invite someone else). Everything you’ve already created stays fully accessible — the Free plan never locks you out of your existing data.

Licenses (seats)
Section titled “Licenses (seats)”Standard and Pro are licensed per user. The number of licenses on your subscription is your seat count.
- When you subscribe, the seat count defaults to the number of people already in your workspace (active members plus anyone with a pending invitation).
- If you invite or add someone new and you’re already using all your paid seats, the system prompts you to add a license before the new person can be added. You’ll see a quote showing the price per license and the additional amount that will appear on your next invoice — there’s no immediate catch-up charge for the current billing period.
- To reduce your license count (for example after someone leaves the team), use Manage billing from the Subscription page, which opens Stripe’s billing portal.
Who can manage the subscription
Section titled “Who can manage the subscription”Only team admins can view billing details, start a checkout, purchase additional licenses, or open the billing portal. Regular dispatchers and employees don’t see subscription management options.
Upgrading and downgrading
Section titled “Upgrading and downgrading”- Upgrading from Free or moving from Standard to Pro: go to the Subscription page and choose a plan. This starts a checkout that activates the new plan immediately.
- Downgrading or cancelling: use Manage billing on the Subscription page. This opens Stripe’s secure billing portal, where you can change plans, reduce licenses, update your payment method, or cancel. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan’s access until then.
See Billing for details on invoices, payment methods, and what happens if a payment fails.
