Work Log
The work log records how much time each technician spent on a job, broken down by type of work. This is used for reporting, billing verification, and understanding where time goes across the team.
Work time entry fields

Dispatchers can configure which work types are active.
Adding a work log entry
Section titled “Adding a work log entry”On a job record, open the Work log tab and click Add entry. Select the technician, work type, and duration in minutes.
Dispatchers can add entries for any technician. Employees can add entries for themselves.
Editing and locking
Section titled “Editing and locking”Work log entries can be edited after the fact, but entries become locked after the week they were created ends. A locked entry cannot be edited by the technician who created it — a dispatcher can still make corrections.
Viewing the full work log
Section titled “Viewing the full work log”Go to Jobs → Work log to see all time entries across all jobs.
Dispatchers see all entries. Employees see only their own.
Filtering and sorting
Section titled “Filtering and sorting”The work log list can be filtered by search (job title, project, crew, user, work type) and sorted by any column.
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”The export includes: date, job title, project, crew, user, work type, duration, and notes.
