Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen after login. It shows a live overview of current jobs and activities. What you see depends on your role.

Dispatchers see a full overview of the entire team’s activity:

  • Plan limits — current usage against account limits (users, projects, jobs/year, contracts)
  • New Customer Requests — incoming requests not yet acted on
  • New Jobs — recently created jobs
  • Customer Requests In Progress — open requests being worked on
  • Jobs In Progress — jobs currently underway
  • Today’s Schedule — jobs scheduled for today
  • Jobs Completed — recently completed jobs
  • Crew Availability — which crews are available today

Employees see only jobs assigned to them:

  • Plan limits — account usage (read only)
  • New Jobs — jobs assigned to them that are new
  • Jobs In Progress — their jobs currently underway
  • Today’s Schedule — their jobs scheduled for today
  • Jobs Completed — their recently completed jobs
  • Recent Activity — recent changes on their assigned jobs

Both dashboards update in real time. The Live indicator in the top right confirms the connection is active. The current date and time are shown alongside it. Click Collapse to hide the sidebar and expand the dashboard view.
