Managing the service catalog
Section titled “Managing the service catalog”Go to Jobs → Services to see all services.
- Creating a service — click Add service and fill in the fields. The code must be unique.
- Editing a service — open any service from the list. Changing the price does not affect existing job lines already added.
- Deactivating a service — set to Inactive to hide it from job selection. Existing job lines are not affected.
Adding a service to a job
Section titled “Adding a service to a job”On a job record, open the Services tab and click Add service. Select from the catalog. The unit price pre-fills from the catalog but can be overridden per job. Set the quantity; the total is calculated automatically.
