AMPER Flow is a field service management platform for companies that install equipment and then service it over the years — HVAC, elevators, fire protection systems, solar installations, and similar.

AMPER Flow has two main roles:

  • Dispatcher — full access to everything: create, edit, delete, manage categories, manage crews, manage service catalogs, and manage all configuration.
  • Employee — can view all records, create new ones, and edit records they created themselves.
