Projects
A project is the top-level record for an installation or long-term service engagement. It brings together everything related to a site: the contracts covering the work, the equipment installed there, the warranties protecting it, and the service plans scheduling its upkeep.
Think of a project as the permanent file for a client installation. Jobs come and go, but the project record holds the history.
