Addresses
Addresses in AMPER Flow are shared records that can be linked to customers, contacts, jobs, and projects. Instead of typing an address on every record, you create it once and reference it everywhere.
Address fields

Managing addresses
Section titled “Managing addresses”Go to Customers → Addresses to see all addresses.
Creating an address
Section titled “Creating an address”Click Add address and fill in the fields. The name is required — use something descriptive enough that you can recognise it in a dropdown.
Linking an address to a customer
Section titled “Linking an address to a customer”From the customer record, you can assign multiple addresses via the Addresses tab. You can also set a service address and a billing address directly on the customer — these are the defaults used when creating jobs and invoices.
Deactivating an address
Section titled “Deactivating an address”Set an address to Inactive if it’s no longer valid. Inactive addresses cannot be selected for new records but remain linked to existing records that already reference them.
The addresses list
Section titled “The addresses list”The list supports search by name, street, city, and postal code, and can be exported.
